Can I return or exchange my items?
Le Rivino's strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for all of our customers. That's why shipping, returns and exchanges are hassle-free. If for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can exchange it for something else or return it for a Le Rivino's credit FREE of charge. We accept returns up to 30 days from date of shipment for items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact.

How much is shipping?
All orders sent via standard shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge via FedEx. Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available for $5.95 per order. Expedited shipping usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. Currently we do not ship overseas.

Le Rivino's charges your credit card at the time you place your order.

What type of payments do you accept?
Le Rivino's accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card and America Express via Pay Pal. When you check out, you will be directed to a page that will allow you to either log into your PayPal account (if you already have one) or choose the option to pay by credit card WITH OUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders.

Can you gaurantee my shoe being in stock before I purchase it?
NO, All inventory is available for sale until it sells out. We do recommend for you to place your order quickly before your desired selection sells out. We make every effort to remove sold out items from our website. Unfortunately there is a possibility that your desired selection becomes sold out at the time you place your order, We do apologize in advance if this is the case with your particular order, in that case we will notify you right away and ask you to make a different selection or if you would prefer a refund instead it will be processed immediately.
